If you don't have those credentials,  you have no business voting.

In California, to vote all you need to have is a driver's license, the ballot is mailed to you.....if you can't read, they even fill it out for you.

30 Million of voting age in CA...  Only 10 Million votes total this year.  33% participation.

Every voter is sent a mail in ballot in CA.  I have seen them.  The phucking things are like 90 pages of issues.  You need months  of time to consider what is being asked. I can see people waiting the last minute to send them in...  it was like 375 thousand I think I heard,  They have to verify each signature,

So where is this evil cabal filling out ballots?  I would think that would be pretty **** simple to prove.
